Qualification: Post-Graduation in Sales and Marketing Management

Job Description:

- Lead the cluster of allocated territories regarding sales, channel management, new product launches, team management, training, etc.

- Implement sales strategy in line with organizational strategy after discussing it with management.

- Ensuring achievement of annual sales and other qualitative targets.

- Provide meticulous sales projections to the reporting head.

- Ensure market share maintenance and expansion by leading trade marketing and sales initiatives.

- Frequent travel and market audits to check for maximum retail presence.

- Thick line of communication with management, sales team, and distributors for maximum control and grip.

- To identify new segments and markets in the provided territory.

- Develop new customers and distributors in the assigned territory.

- Keeping abreast with what is happening within the industry's competitive landscape and the territories.

- Keeping a sharp eye on market pricing.

- Building a database of material resources through market intelligence, thus helping the purchasing department to source the best products.

- Weekly sales tracking, analysis, and frequent management presentations.

- Give timely feedback to R&D after analyzing market surveillance for any required projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 20-22 Years of experience in the export FMCG industry in distribution channel sales in countries mandatory.

- Post-graduation in Sales & Marketing Management.

- Experience in handling International Business would be preferable.

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- International traveling exposure is preferable but not mandatory.

- Should have a valid passport.

Specific Skills:

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
