About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regulatory Affairs Professional with a strong background in Food Technology to lead USFDA compliance and regulatory liaisoning for our Food Division catering to international markets.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product approvals, regulatory submissions, and documentation, while serving as the key point of contact with the USFDA and other relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage USFDA submissions, clearances, and ongoing compliance for food products.

- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, testing laboratories, and external consultants.

- Ensure all products comply with USFDA labeling, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Business teams to ensure regulatory readiness and smooth product launches.

- Maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation and support audits or inspections as required.

Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology or Food Science.

- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs and USFDA compliance for food products.

- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of USFDA food regulations, international food safety standards, and related compliance frameworks.

Skills: Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to handle multiple regulatory processes efficiently
