
Job Description :
Strategic Program Management :
- Develop and implement HR programs aligned with organizational goals (e.g., talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development).
- Oversee the lifecycle of HR initiatives from planning to execution and evaluation.
- Drive change management efforts for new HR processes and policies.
Employee Engagement & Development :
- Design and monitor engagement programs to reduce attrition and improve retention.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to create training modules for retail and corporate employees.
Compliance & Policy :
- Ensure HR programs comply with Indian labor laws and retail industry regulations.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.
Data & Analytics :
- Track program effectiveness using HR metrics (attrition, training ROI, engagement scores).
- Prepare quarterly reports and present insights to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with merchandising, store operations, and supply chain teams to align HR initiatives with business needs.
- Act as a consultant to managers on HR best practices.
