- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to make necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead a team responsible for compensation, benefits administration, and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking innovative ways to enhance compensation, benefits, and automation processes.
Qualification : MBA / PG diploma or degree in Human Resource Management

- Excellent interpersonal, partnering, prioritizing and organizational skills.
- Highly developed oral and written communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in imparting training and presentations skills.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders especially at senior level.
