Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and function for assigned corporate-level openings.

- Handle staffing requirements, including conducting initial assessments, coordinating and participating in interviews, and managing the offer negotiation and delivery process.

- Reconcile recruitment activities against headcount and manpower budgets.

- Partner effectively with internal teammates, business leaders, and external partners to design and deliver strategic talent acquisition and internal mobility solutions across all levels of the organization.

- Determine, recommend, and implement the most effective recruitment strategies and sourcing channels to provide high-quality candidates in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

- Identify and mitigate any potential hiring risks associated with the recruitment process.

- Proactively identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.

- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means, to find and engage potential candidates.

- Identify future talent needs, proactively conduct recruitment and sourcing activities to build talent pipelines, and develop social engagement strategies for talent pools.

- Create comprehensive and compelling job descriptions based on hiring manager specifications for candidate presentation and job board postings.

- Contribute to the management and development of corporate employment resources, including employer branding initiatives and career pages.

- Effectively counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary structure, and the company culture and environment.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors, agencies, and staffing firms, managing contracts and performance.

- Revise current and/or develop new processes related to staffing, driving recruitment continuous process improvement initiatives and programs to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on recruitment activity, key metrics, and market insights to management.

- Collaborate closely with the internal support team to facilitate a smooth and positive candidate onboarding process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 6 to 8 Years of experience in the recruitment or talent acquisition field.

- Education: Minimum qualification MBA in HR.

- Proven experience in Hiring corporate level profiles.

- Excellent interpersonal, reporting, presentation, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

- Highly developed oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and manage change within a fast-paced environment.

- Advanced level knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and analysis.

- Proficiency in using various Job Portals and other sourcing tools.

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

- Ability to design and recommend effective recruitment strategies.

- Experience with various candidate sourcing techniques.

- Experience with specific Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Experience in a specific industry vertical.

- Knowledge of relevant HR policies and labor laws.

- Experience in employer branding initiatives
