1. Content Development & Instructional Design

- Design and develop engaging, practical, and learner-centric training content

- Customize training material to meet the specific needs of target audiences (warehouse and backend)

- Continuously update content to ensure relevance, alignment with business goals, and industry best practices

2. Training Delivery

- Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, time management, etc.
