Deputy Manager - Training - Identifying and assessing training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with retail operation managers and human resources department. - Training Calendar planning with maximum coverage and adherence as per assigned budget. - Ensures maximum effectiveness of sales and service goals by developing, implementing and conducting store training programs. - Conducts and impart On-the-job, Off-the-Job, product and statutory training for store level employee groups as per the pre-defined training modules. Education: Minimum qualification - Graduation in any field. Preferably MBA / PG diploma or degree in Human Resource Management. Any certification in training & development will be added advantage.
