Job Summary:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and transport vendors.

- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and client SLAs.

- Optimize route planning, fleet utilization, and delivery schedules to reduce costs and improve service.

- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and vehicle utilization.

- Lead and mentor a team of dispatchers, drivers, and logistics coordinators.

- Handle escalations, delays, and exceptions with proactive communication and problem-

solving.

- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to align logistics with business goals.

- Maintain accurate transport documentation and reporting for audits and analysis.

- Implement and leverage transport management systems (TMS) and other logistics tech tools.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in transport/logistics management, ideally in a 3PL setting.

- Strong knowledge of regional transport regulations and compliance.

- Proficiency in TMS software and Microsoft Office tools.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
