V-Guard - Lead - Demand & Distribution Planning

About:

- Lead the Demand Planning Activities by coordinating with Sales & Marketing to generate a Bottom's up forecasting for the planning horizon

- Compare bottom's up forecasts with past historical sales and build consensus with all stake holders

- Drive One number forecasting across all stakeholders.

- Work closely with Demand Planning Analyst to create statistical forecasts as an enabler to the bottom's up forecasting

- Strong Analytical skills preferred

- Hands on working on advanced Stat forecasting engines and Analytical tools will be an added advantage

- Drive forecast accuracy with Sales & Marketing teams by capturing all factors influencing the demand patterns

- Work closely with Supply planners & downstream supply teams for enhanced forecastability and robust S&OP process

Location : Kochi

Desired Experience : Minimum 10 years
