



Role Purpose:
The Executive Assistant to the COO plays a critical role in driving operational effectiveness by supporting the COO in strategic planning, execution governance, and cross-functional coordination. This position acts as the central point for aligning supply chain functions, monitoring key business initiatives, and ensuring timely execution of priorities across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, R&D, and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supply Chain Coordination & Operational Excellence:
- Build a strong understanding of the organization's end-to-end supply ecosystem, including manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, R&D, and new product development.
- Consolidate inputs from various supply-side functions to support annual operating plans and long-term business objectives in collaboration with strategy and business teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate key operational review meetings, including supply reviews, S&OP discussions, plant performance reviews, management review meetings, R&D forums, and seasonal readiness reviews, ensuring decisions are translated into actionable outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement, benchmarking, and technology roadmap initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and supply-side capabilities.
2. Strategic Program Management & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of strategic cross-functional projects sponsored by the COO.
- Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, NPD, and Project teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timely resolution of dependencies.
- Convert strategic objectives into structured execution plans with defined milestones, ownership, deliverables, and timelines.
- Establish governance mechanisms through periodic reviews, dashboards, progress reports, and action trackers to drive accountability and execution discipline.
3. Executive Support to the COO:
- Act as the primary coordination point for consolidating operational updates, business insights, and critical information for the COO.
- Provide structured analysis and recommendations that connect strategic priorities with operational execution and business performance.
- Monitor the progress of high-impact initiatives, proactively identify execution risks, escalate critical issues, and ensure closure of action items.
- Enable effective decision-making by maintaining visibility of key operational metrics, project status, and cross-functional commitments.
