Specific accountabilities: UX Strategy - Work with Product Management, customers to develop a product vision. - Contributes to define the User Experience Strategy of a product or service by understanding business context, product strategy, customer values and brand vision. - Influence, via UX, the scope and direction or a product or service to generate value and impact on the market. - Foster innovation by initiating brainstorming sessions, putting in place processes and methodologies around innovation, and by working with transversal innovation teams. - Generate experience charts (blue tabs) (empathy charts (blue tabs), customer journey, a day in a life of, etc.) with target users and internal stakeholders- Analyze and refine product / project stakeholders' UX related requests and needs Plan UX Research - Analyze and refine product / project stakeholders' UX related requests and needs - Set up research objectives (with PM) & help PM defining project approach and user experience strategy - Define the UX research scope & applicable methods - Involve the project/product team (PM, UX Designers, DEV) by organizing UX Research kick-off and follow-up meetings - Identify the target users to define the participants to involve in the research - Lead the recruitment process - Define the number of participants to involve - Contact users or outsource the recruitment - Ensure participants' profile is relevant for the research - Schedule the sessions - Communicate and check participants agreements with legal aspects of the research (NDA, audio and video recording, etc.) Conduct Informative UX Research Plan, build, conduct, analyse: - Contextual and individual interviews - Focus groups - Field research: shadowing, observation, task analysis, etc. - Exploratory surveys - Analytics analysis Based on research findings: - Generate personas - Generate experience charts (blue tabs) (empathy charts (blue tabs), customer journey, a day in a life of, etc.) with target users and internal stakeholders
