UX Director - IIT/NID/NIFT/BITS

Max Notice Period: 60 days

Years of experience : 10 - 15 years

1. Must have 10+ YOE in UX / Experience Design with significant exposure to leading large-scale design projects and teams (Can consider 8+ YOE for candidates from Top Products with fast career growth).

2. Must have hands-on experience across the end-to-end UX lifecycle (research - ideation - design - testing - delivery - optimization)

Skill 1) : Must have strong expertise in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions

Skill 2) : Must have strong understanding of UX methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile, Lean UX, Design Sprints)

Skill 3) : Must have experience in designing complex user journeys, interactions, and scalable digital experiences

- Leadership) : Must have experience leading and mentoring UX teams, building team capabilities, and driving design quality

- Mandatory (Current Designation) - Current designation must be Lead or above (For Top Product companies)

- Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have a strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, research-backed design, and complex problem-solving

- Mandatory (Education) : Design Graduate from Tier-1 colleges (IIT, NID, NIFT, BITS etc)

- Mandatory (Company) : Product based companies (B2C highly preferred)
