Role: We are looking for a versatile, ambitious, and energetic City Head who will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy, academic operation with the goal to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting Business & Academic operation. Responsibilities: - Maintain constant communication with the management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization. - Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols - Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organizations internal capacity - Actively pursue operational objectives - Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget - Responsible for Sales at Branch/City level and Performance Discipline of all departments. - Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction (students and parents) & retention - Monitoring and execution of activities under student relations. - Branch discipline employees as well as for students. - Monitoring and execution of administration team responsibilities. - Admission at the branch levels (walk in). - Class coordination, timetable, faculty management, monitoring the functioning of the academic team members. - Monitoring and ensure proper collection of revenue and reduce branch expenses. - Ensure compliance with laws & regulations as applicable. - Should co-ordinate with all departments at branch/region/Corporate office. - To effectively manage conflict and competing priorities. - To work independently; problem-solve, analyze issues, and create action plans. - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. - Promote the company's products/services addressing objectives to the prospective customers. - Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. - Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people by conducting trainings. - Utilize sales data to understand market trends and potential and furnish reports. - Develop and optimize sales processes to continuously improve the performance. - Develop and define the strategies for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers. Desired Skills: - Bachelors & Masters Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field - Proven 8-10 years of experience in Business Development & Academic Operation in EdTech industry. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Strong Communication and Presentation Skills. - Market knowledge and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport.
