We are aggressively expanding our Branded Generics B2C business across key international markets (focus: South East Asia). We seek a dynamic, market-savvy leader to drive impactful brand strategies and international marketing initiatives.
Position : International Group Product Manager - Branded Generics (BGx)
Reporting to : Head - Emerging Markets
Department : International Business
Work Location : Govandi , Mumbai
Work Schedule : MON - FRI + alternate Saturdays working (1st, 3rd and 5th)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with country managers, sales, regulatory, and medical teams across geographies to implement brand strategies and marketing plans tailored to diverse international markets.-
- Prepare promotional and training materials suited to local market needs.-
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to achieve business objectives.-
- Build marketing tools and assets in alignment with brand goals.-
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking for high-potential regions.-
- Lead new product launches and drive growth across existing portfolios.
Desired Profile
- Total Experience: 8 - 15 years
- Marketing Experience: Minimum 6 years in Marketing/PMT (International marketing preferred; Southeast Asia market experience is highly desirable)
- Qualification: MBA with a graduation in Life Sciences
Key Skills
- 5-10 years in Product/Brand Management within pharma (BGx) or generics segment.
- Experience in international/emerging market dynamics (South East Asia preferred).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and execution capabilities.
- Analytical mindset and readiness for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
