Role Details
Department: Consumer Products Division - Nutrifix
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Business Head Nutrifix
What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement
- Lead market research initiatives to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budgets strategically to optimize ROI and resource allocation
Brand Excellence:
- Spearhead brand-building initiatives across all marketing channels
- Drive positioning, messaging, and creative development to strengthen brand presence
- Monitor brand performance and implement reputation management strategies
Digital Innovation:
- Lead cutting-edge digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and quick commerce strategies
- Design impactful promotional campaigns and PR initiatives across multiple channels
- Implement advanced data analytics to drive customer insights and campaign optimization
- Drive social listening and proactively manage brand sentiment
Product & Market Development:
- Drive product marketing efforts including launches, packaging, and pricing strategies
- Foster innovation in product development to meet evolving consumer needs
- Develop systematic approaches for incorporating customer feedback
What We're Looking For:
Experience & Expertise:
- 15-18 years of progressive experience in FMCG, preferably Consumer Products
- Nutraceutical industry experience is a significant advantage
- Proven track record in leveraging data for strategic marketing decisions
- Strong expertise in driving marketing innovation and leading high-performing teams
Educational Background:
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a premier B-school
Core Competencies:
- Strategic thinking with exceptional execution capabilities
- Advanced digital marketing and e-commerce expertise
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
