This role is ideal for professionals who have been part of large digital transformation deal teams and have hands-on experience in developing compelling proposals by integrating multiple solution components. Key Responsibilities: - Support the structuring of large-scale digital transformation deals by collaborating with cross-functional teams including solutioning, delivery, pricing, and sales. - Create cohesive, high-impact proposals and RFP responses by integrating diverse solution inputs into a unified storyline. - Develop strong, visually engaging presentations and executive summaries to articulate value propositions clearly. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant content, ensure compliance with proposal requirements, and manage timelines. - Contribute to deal governance processes and preparation of client-facing material for executive reviews. - Manage multiple proposal tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy. Required Skills and Experience: - 2-3 years of experience in proposal management, pre-sales, or deal structuring, specifically in digital transformation engagements. - Exposure to large deal environments within consulting or technology services firms. - Demonstrated ability to integrate inputs from various stakeholders into cohesive proposal documents. - Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and creating client-ready presentations - must be hands-on. - Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
