UsefulBI - Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist who can analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights to drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in machine learning, statistics, and data handling.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy machine learning models for business use cases.

- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.

- Work with structured and unstructured data.

- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders.

- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing).

- Communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

- Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering).

- Solid knowledge of Statistics and Probability.

- Experience with SQL and data querying.

- Handson experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn).

- Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.

- Experience working with large datasets.

Preferred / Good to Have:

- Exposure to GenAI / LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines).

- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).

- Experience in NLP or recommendation systems.
