Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Develop and document functional specifications for new or improved business processes.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize basic SQL queries to extract and analyze relevant business data from databases.
- Prepare data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with data analysts and IT teams to access and utilize data effectively.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Apply your analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) from data.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and solutions for business problems.
- Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Clearly communicate complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, marketing) to implement data-driven initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Basic understanding of SQL and its application to data extraction and querying (preferred).
- Familiarity with Python for basic data manipulation and analysis (a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
