US Tax Preparer Federal & State Taxes

We are seeking an experienced US Tax Preparer with strong expertise in US Federal and State tax compliance for individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tax preparation, client coordination, quarterly tax work, and tax planning strategies. This role requires working closely with clients and internal teams while supporting tax-efficient outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review US Federal and State tax returns for individuals and businesses

- Handle tax filings including Form 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, and related schedules

- Manage quarterly estimated tax calculations and filings

- Coordinate directly with clients to gather financial information and resolve tax-related queries

- Support tax planning and tax-efficient strategies for individuals and businesses

- Ensure compliance with US tax laws, deadlines, and regulatory requirements

- Maintain accurate documentation and workpapers

- Collaborate with internal tax teams to ensure quality and timely delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 to10 years of experience in US Individual and Business Tax Preparation

- Strong hands-on experience with US tax preparation software

- In-depth knowledge of Federal and State tax regulations

- Proven experience in client communication and coordination

- Ability to prepare and explain quarterly tax computations clearly

- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills

- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
