US Taxation Lead

About:

- Strong exposure to U.S taxation and International/cross border taxation - focus on U.S tax compliance and U.S tax assessments is a key requirement

- Experience in M&A related tax especially involving U.S companies e.g. tax structuring would be added advantage

- The candidate would be leading the function and hence strong managerial and leadership capabilities.

- Experience in service-led, export-oriented/SEZ based companies will be a significant advantage.

- Ability to independently lead tax strategy, tax operations and tax compliance including dealing with tax authorities.

- Open to professionals with experience in both Direct and Indirect Taxation.

- Strong background in the U.S. Taxation, including:

- Managing tax compliances

- Interacting with U.S. tax authorities

- Handling U.S. tax notices and related documentation
