US Tax Senior/Manager - US Business Tax Services Team

The US Tax Senior / Manager will be part of the US Business Tax Services team and will be responsible for preparation and review of US corporate and partnership tax returns, including multi-state filings. This role offers an opportunity to be part of the pilot batch and play a key role in building and shaping a high-impact Global Capability Center from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review US Federal and State business tax returns (Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065)

- Handle multi-state returns and apportionment

- Prepare and review extensions, estimates, and supporting workpapers

- Review work prepared by junior team members for accuracy and compliance

- Identify potential issues and tax-saving opportunities - Support IRS and State notices and audits

- Communicate directly with US tax teams and adhere to quality standards

- Strong experience in US Business Tax - Corporate & Partnership - Hands-on experience with Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065, and multi-state returns

- Working knowledge of US Federal and State tax regulations

- Exposure to Individual taxation preferred

- US Tax Senior: 4-6 years | US Tax Manager: 7+ years of relevant experience

- Experience with mid-size or large US CPA firms preferred - CPA / EA / CA preferred (or in process)
