Key Responsibilities include: - Prepare federal and state tax returns (primarily forms 1120 and 1065) and provide to US tax team for review - Prepare and maintain transparent and auditable workpapers - Prepare high volume of 1040-NR tax returns - Prepare quarterly tax payments at the federal and state level - Assist with the state and federal IRS audits - Prepare provision to return true-up calculation upon filing of the tax returns - Prepare monthly cash tax roll forward support schedule - Any other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in tax compliance in a national/regional public accounting firm - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs, specifically Excel Preferred Qualifications: - CPA or similar designation - Working knowledge of Oracle software used for general ledger - Corptax software for tax return preparation - Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate results to the team - Technical writing and research skills - Ability to effectively analyze, organize, and prioritize workflow according to internal and external deadlines in a fast-paced environment
