US IT Recruiter (6-10 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for our US-based clients. This role requires strong knowledge of the US recruitment market, visa classifications, and excellent networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based roles (IT and Non-IT).
- Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn), networking, and referrals.
- Screen candidates for technical competence, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Work with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Negotiate salary, pay rates, and employment terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
- Maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Stay updated on US immigration policies (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen).
- Track recruitment activities and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM tools.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/master's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of US recruitment experience (IT staffing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (OPT, CPT, H1B, TN, GC, US Citizen).
- Hands-on experience with US job boards, social media recruiting, and Boolean searches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Flexible to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
