A plus will be that one may assist with international tax planning for global family office and high wealth individuals. - Consult with clients on tax-efficient structuring of international transactions, effective. - Conduct primary and secondary review of complicated or complex international tax returns. - Work closely with partners, managers, and staff to integrate practice development skills into a team approach to client service and new business development. - Research various international tax issues. - Develop and be part of a team that develops tax efficient supply chain management structures for client consideration and assist with implementation. - Effective at supervising and training staff to prepare US international tax returns. - Possesses a solid command of pertinent IRC sections and regulations. - Consistently display excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills. Qualifications - CPA or JD required - Minimum 6+ years of experience in a public accounting firm or related experience - Previous experience supervising and training Staff and Seniors preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational techniques are required - Must be highly motivated and experienced in managing multiple client engagements - Must begin to attain visibility and recognition within their industry specialization - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
