US Individual Tax Reviewer

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the review of US & Canada Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040) with technical excellence

- Provide strategic insights on complex tax matters

- Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

- Drive quality, efficiency, and engagement delivery across projects

- Collaborate directly with international clients and stakeholders

- Ensure adherence to global standards on confidentiality and compliance

Preferred Profile:

- Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate or MBA (Candidates from premier institutes are encouraged to apply)

- 4+ years of experience in US/Canada Individual Taxation (Big4 experience preferred)

- Must have 12-18 months of experience as a signer on US/Canada individual tax returns

- US CPA / Enrolled Agent certification is a strong plus

- Proven experience in leading teams and managing global client relationships

- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
