Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle onboarding, offboarding, records management, and HRIS updates. - Handle payroll processing for multi-state employees in the US, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. - Administer employee benefits including health insurance, 401(k), leaves of absence, and FMLA. - Ensure HR and payroll practices adhere to internal policies and external legal requirements (FLSA, ACA, EEOC, etc. - Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other departments for audits, payroll taxes, and reconciliations. - Support continuous improvement initiatives for HR operations efficiency and employee experience. - Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll with clarity and professionalism. - Maintain and audit HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Requirements: - 6-8 years of experience in US HR operations and payroll. - Strong understanding of US employment laws, payroll regulations, and benefits administration. - Experience using HRIS and payroll platforms. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
