US GTM Strategist - Founder's Office

We build safety infrastructure that keeps frontier AI systems reliable, auditable, and aligned. Our team partners with AI labs, research groups, and engineering organizations worldwide to embed safety at the core of next- generation models. You will work directly with the founders to shape strategy, close early partnerships, and scale adoption.

Role overview

You will own go- to- market for an early-stage product at the intersection of AI research and production safety. This is a high- impact, founder- facing role where your work will define product positioning, partner motion, and the first wave of customers and pilots.

Key responsibilities

- Build and execute GTM strategy for developer, research, and enterprise audiences especially for US and NORAM regions.

- Drive partnerships and pilots with AI labs, platform teams, and tech organizations globally.

- Work closely with founders to translate technical roadmap into market signals and revenue

- Own outreach and demand generation: developer programs, workshops, webinars, and targeted enterprise outreach.

- Qualify and close early deals and shepherd pilots from POC to production.

- Collect market feedback and feed it into product, research, and roadmap decisions.

- Represent the company at conferences, community events, and in technical forums.

What we're looking for

- Experience: 2-5 years in GTM, partnerships, developer relations, or product growth at startups or tech companies working directly with founders.

- Engineering + MBA from tier-1/2 b-schools is preferred.

- B2B startup experience: proven track record working in B2B startups or product teams serving US customers or operating in US geography, ideally in tech, SaaS, or platform businesses.

- Domain fit: familiarity with AI/ML, developer platforms, or security and safety tooling is strongly preferred.

- Founder collaboration: proven comfort working directly with founders and small leadership teams.

- Technical fluency: able to hold technical conversations with engineers and researchers.

- Bias for action, outcome-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.

- Communication: excellent written and verbal skills for technical audiences.

Location:

Remote role with a preference for candidates based in Bangalore or Pune.

Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events.
