About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Design Expert with a proven track record in residential real estate to drive the architecture and design delivery of our most ambitious projects. In this role, you will independently lead 4-5 residential projects from concept through submission drawings, stewarding them through a rigorous design process while ensuring exceptional outcomes that delight customers and stakeholders alike.

The Role:

As General Manager of Design Delivery, you will be the driving force behind architectural excellence. You will own the complete design journey from strategic planning and concept evaluation to final submission-ready drawings. Your leadership will shape consultant teams, elevate design quality, and ensure that every proposal brought to management reflects deep expertise, rigorous evaluation, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own 4-5 residential projects end-to-end, from design brief approval through submission drawings.

- Drive accelerated yet structured design processes, closing key decisions and approvals on schedule.

- Evaluate, refine, and optimize multiple masterplan and unit planning options generated by external consultants and AI-enabled design platforms.

- Challenge design assumptions and identify opportunities to enhance inventory optimization, circulation, parking efficiency, and customer experience.

- Lead and influence external architects and internal stakeholders toward achieving desired design outcomes.

- Set clear expectations, deliverables, and timelines with consultants; hold them accountable for quality and responsiveness.

- Review all drawings and deliverables pre-submission, identify inconsistencies and compliance gaps, and drive a first-time-right approach.

- Leverage AI and emerging design technologies (TestFit, Autodesk Forma, etc.) to accelerate evaluation and improve decision-making.

- Maintain regular engagement with the Principal Architect's office to drive momentum and resolve blockers.

Who You Are:

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a top-tier institution (IIT Karagpur, IIT Roorkee, SPA Delhi, NIT Calicut, NIT Trichy, CEPT Ahmedabad, or Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai).

- 15-20 years of hands-on experience in residential real estate design and development.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with AI-enabled design platforms (TestFit, Autodesk Forma) and emerging design technologies (preferred).
