Urbanrise - Deputy General Manager/General Manager - Mining Operations

We expand our operations footprint from Hyderabad to Africa. This is a leadership role with high-impact responsibilities, global exposure, and the opportunity to shape large-scale mining operations.

Base Location: Hyderabad (Frequent travel to Africa | Possible posting in Africa later)

Reporting to: CEO

Must have experience :

1 - Mining Operations.

2 - Project Management.

3 - Planning & Resource Management.

4 - Leadership Skills, Stake Holders & client management

5 - Good Communication & Excellent Negotiation skills.

- Executive Support & MD/ CEO Office Operations

- Strategic Planning & Business Growth

- International & Domestic Market Research

- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

- Operations Oversight & P&L Management

- Supply Chain Optimization & Digital Transformation (SAP)

- Project Management (PMP- Certified)
