Urbanrise - Chief of Staff

We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to work closely with our leadership team and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a solid background in startups, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the Senior Leadership.

- Design, implement, and optimize new procedures and processes to drive operational excellence.

- Evaluate and introduce new technologies that improve productivity, scalability, and customer -experience.

- Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.

- Analyze business performance metrics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders.

- Act as a sounding board to the leadership team, providing objective insights and recommendations.

- Drive a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement across the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: MBA from a reputed institution.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-MBA experience in a startup environment (must-have).

Age: 35-39 years (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.

- Proven track record in process improvement and operational excellence.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and deriving insights.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
