
Role: Assistant General Manager (AGM)- Channel Sales
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team and channel partners to consistently achieve monthly and overall sales targets.
- Drive channel sales growth by building strong relationships, onboarding new agents, and expanding the partner network in line with business goals.
- Implement effective sales and promotional strategies, while closely tracking market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through channel partners, educating clients on market trends, rental yields, and property appreciation.
- Negotiate and close agreements with channel partners, ensuring SLA compliance and demonstrating strong communication and people-management skills.
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment, including weekend commitments, and efficiently hire, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members.
Who Should Apply?
- Candidates with 8-15 years of experience in real estate channel sales, specifically in the apartment or villa segment
- Individuals who have led a channel sales team of 5-8 members
- Professionals with hands-on experience using lead management systems or sales ERP tools
- Those who are willing to travel frequently and have the flexibility to work on weekends
Working Days: Wednesday-Monday (Tuesday week off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
