Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Regional Sales Manager specializing in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The Regional Sales Manager will lead and oversee the sales team to achieve business targets, develop effective relationships with channel partners, and monitor team performance. Responsibilities include formulating sales strategies, exploring new business opportunities, training and guiding the sales force, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and develop the client base in the assigned region.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in sales and business development, with a proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Knowledge of home loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and mortgage solutions, with the ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored financial products.
- Strong analytical, market analysis, and strategic planning skills to identify opportunities and implement effective client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities, including team training, mentoring, and ensuring performance improvements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and financial partners.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services or mortgage lending industry.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
