Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Thane.
- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, establishing relationships with financial institutions, and meeting sales targets.
- Daily tasks include monitoring team performance, providing training and support, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales management experience and leadership skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on-site in Thane
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
