Role Description:
- The Mortgage Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, meet and exceed targets for loan products, and build strong client relationships.
- Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, supervising a team of advisors, guiding clients through the mortgage process, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Finance and Mortgage Marketing
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide sales teams
- Understanding of lending regulations and financial products
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
