Who We're Looking For:

- Proven experience managing large sales teams - FOS, RMs, Tele-callers, etc.

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience for Sales Managers and 10-15 years of experience for RSM in financial services, preferably in home loans, loan against property, personal loans, and unsecured business loans.

- Successfully managing DSAs, Sub-DSAs, and Channel Partners.

- Experience working with loan distribution companies, DSAs, banks, or NBFCs.

- Graduate degree preferred, but non-graduates with exceptional experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

For ZSM/RSMs

- Oversee regional P&L (Profit & Loss) responsibility.

- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in your assigned region.

- Build strong relationships with key distributors like bankers, channel partners, and loan aggregators.

- Foster a high-performing and compliant sales culture within your team.

Sales Manager Role & Responsibilities:

- Source business from multiple channels

- Manage builder, developer, and partner relationships

- Meet/exceed individual and team sales targets

- Drive profitability and business growth
