Role Description

The role also involves training and mentoring branch staff, conducting performance assessments, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and new business ventures.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide staff

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement

- Ability to develop and implement business strategies for growth and efficiency

- Well-versed in financial products, loan advisory, and mortgage solutions

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

- Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable
