Roles and Responsibilities:

- Experience Prefered Must Be Only In Finance Feild .

- Oversee and manage loan portfolio counselors across multiple locations.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth within the cluster.

- Monitor performance metrics and ensure service excellence.

- Build and maintain partnerships with financial institutions.

- Ensure smooth execution of the loan advisory process.

- Lead and mentor teams to achieve business targets.

- Identify market trends and opportunities for expansion.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Strong knowledge of loan products and mortgage solutions.

- Proven leadership and managerial experience.

- Background in financial services or banking industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
