Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager - Mortgage Lending for an on-site, full-time role based in Thane.
- The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in the mortgage lending sector.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include achieving sales targets, nurturing client relationships, managing documentation requirements, building partnerships with financial institutions, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- The role involves operational oversight, team performance monitoring, and ensuring exceptional customer service to clients seeking mortgage financing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales management, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in the mortgage lending or financial services industry
- Effective communication and team leadership abilities
- Analytical skills to create and evaluate sales strategies
- Adept at documentation management and compliance processes in mortgage loans
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience managing a regional team or area sales division is preferred
- Knowledge of the Indian financial and mortgage market is an advantage
