About the Role:

GlobalBees is looking for an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, performance analysis, forecasting, and business partnering. The role will work closely with leadership and business teams to improve profitability, strengthen financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own annual operating plans, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Drive brand-wise and channel-wise P&L reporting, profitability analysis, and unit economics.

- Develop cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital requirements.

- Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards, and management reports with actionable business insights.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to track business performance, identify cost efficiencies, and improve margins.

- Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business decisions.

- Improve financial reporting processes, data accuracy, and automation.

- Support investor and board reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial planning and analysis.

- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or consumer businesses preferred.

- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital.

- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; knowledge of SQL and BI tools is an advantage.

- CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
