Role Overview:
The Assistant Brand Manager will play a crucial role in driving Urban Gabru's growth on the Flipkart platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing product categories, optimizing pricing, and implementing effective go-to-market plans. This role involves close collaboration with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence on Flipkart, ultimately contributing to increased sales and brand awareness among our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies specific to the Flipkart platform to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- Manage product categories on Flipkart, ensuring optimal product listings, accurate information, and compelling visuals to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities on Flipkart to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Define and implement pricing strategies on Flipkart to maximize profitability while maintaining a competitive edge.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches on Flipkart, including promotional campaigns and advertising initiatives.
- Plan and execute media campaigns on Flipkart to drive traffic and increase brand awareness among target consumers.
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to create engaging product content and marketing materials tailored for the Flipkart audience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) on Flipkart to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Flipkart account management team to optimize product visibility and promotional opportunities.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies that drive business results.
- Proven expertise in managing product categories and optimizing product listings on the Flipkart platform.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions related to pricing and promotions.
- Excellent understanding of go-to-market strategies and experience in launching new products on e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in media planning and execution, with a focus on driving traffic and increasing brand awareness on Flipkart.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable working on-site in Pune.
