Job Title - Senior Category On-Ground Operations Manager

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you will drive city-level operations, manage supply and fleet operations, enhance on-ground service quality, and scale execution using real-time insights and data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive operational excellence across assigned cities

- Lead selection, onboarding, and training of new partners

- Improve performance and quality of existing partners

- Manage fleet operations and service delivery

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and central teams

- Build scalable systems and processes from the ground up

Role Nature:

This is a core operations-heavy role, with a strong focus on execution and on-ground impact.

What We're Looking For:

- 2-4 years of experience in fast-paced operations roles (Startups, E-commerce, FMCG preferred)

- Experience in fleet management, onboarding, or field operations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- A "hustler" mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments

- Passion for building systems and driving real-world impact
