About the Role & Team : The role is primarily responsible to design & implement talent management strategy and execution roadmap, which includes learning & development, succession planning, High Potential Management, talent review and assessment, Manager enablement etc. It is imperative for this role to demonstrate enterprise level's competency to strategize the Talent Management initiatives effectively, execute each initiative systematically with speed and quality and measure the short vs long term impact to the organization. What you'll do: - Design and implement talent management initiatives (learning and development solutions, succession planning,talent review & assessment, Onboarding, mentoring, executive coaching, engagement surveys etc) to increase organizational capability and resiliency in meeting business imperatives. - Design and deliver an engaging New Joiner Induction programme via virtual and offline channelsDesign, develop and deliver leadership development curriculums by customizing the contents and methodology to meet the business needs including Critical Talent. - Manage the Engagement surveys including survey launch, reporting and action planning initiativesProvide periodic analysis and reports on engagement scores, activities and impact planning updates.Support high impact actions to increase the development and retention of all leadership talent. - Introduce and deliver innovative and best practice solutions to continuously drive performance driven culture. - Work closely with HRBP's on UC wide talent management activities What You'll Need: - Postgraduate degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience. - Previous experience in BP roles and/or people initiatives is mandatory - Strong ability to form relationships across the organization, navigate through it and influence leadership to drive agendas. - Hands-on approach to work, someone who is willing to get their hands dirty - Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes, and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving - Effective communication and critical thinking skills. - Strong business insight with a keen aptitude to quickly assimilate new information. - Demonstrate ability to establish trust, fairness and credibility with employees, managers and other partners. - Solid team player and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Folks you will work with: We understand that the people you work with and learn from is the single most important determinant of how much you enjoy working at a place.
