About the role: Leveraging technology and process improvements to enhance employee experience and improve operational efficiency of People operations as well as overall People success (HR) team. What you'll do: - Identify areas of optimization/ automation in employee hire to retire lifecycle and design solutions around them - Planning, managing and executing on various automation projects & improvements while working with the vendors - Manage end- to- end of the employee life cycle for full time, temp staff - On boarding, Rehire, Leave, Movement & Transfer, Promotion, Exit, etc - Monitor the set employee lifecycle processes and ensure defined SOPs are followed and SLAs are met - Design and cultivate positive experiences at every step of the employee journey, building thoughtful practices that engage employees - Prepare dashboards/ analyze reports to capture the effectiveness of processes and enable decision making - Manage HR data requests asked by internal & external stakeholders/ vendors/ auditors,etc. What we'll need: - 2- 5 years of experience in HR automation, HR operations (startup experience preferred) Hands on experience of HR system implementation/ management (experience of working on Darwinbox would be a plus) - Experience of designing/ managing/ automating processes across employee lifecycle - Hands on with Microsoft Excel and Google suite (High Excel proficiency would be a plus) - Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with attention to detail - Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills - Super organized yet agile to adapt to the UC way of working What can you expect: - A great work environment with massive ownership and growth opportunities. - Work closely with the founding and the leadership team on key projects. - Execute highly scalable applications & implement best. - Latest tools and technology to get things done provided by the company - Health insurance benefits for our employees and their family - Growth opportunities within UC via our robust internal mobility program - Competitive salary with bi- annual performance reviews
