About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Program Manager to drive key cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Service, Academics, and Content teams. This role requires someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, work directly with senior leadership, and own projects from planning to delivery.
This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, is hungry for growth, and sees long-term value in building alongside a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects across teams including Sales, Service, Academics, and Content
- Track progress against goals and ensure timely execution
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive resolutions
- Drive alignment between functional heads and ensure smooth cross-team collaboration
- Prepare data-backed reports and updates for leadership reviews
- Support new strategic initiatives and lead special projects end-to-end
- Act as a central execution point for high-priority tasks
What Were Looking For:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Tier 1/2 MBA College
- Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and handling multi-team projects
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and documentation skills
- Strong bias for action, gets things done without constant supervision
- High level of ownership, discipline, and willingness to put in the hours when needed
- Comfortable working in a 6-day, on-ground setup
Good to Have:
- Prior experience working in/with Sales or Ops teams
- Motivation for long-term ownership (ESOPs offered for high performers)
- Exposure to early-stage company environment
