Job Opening: Data Analyst at UPRIO

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive real impact? UPRIO, a fast-growing ed-tech startup, is looking for a dynamic Data Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of school-aligned online learning.

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Work Timings: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary Range: 7-12 LPA (based on experience)

Role Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst in a high-paced, data-heavy environment.

- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, including dynamic dashboards, pivot tables, lookup functions, data validations, and macros.

- Strong command over SQL: ability to write complex queries, join multiple datasets, optimize query performance, and manage structured databases.

- Proven ability in data cleaning, preparation, and wrangling - you should be able to turn messy data into clean, structured outputs.

- Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau and/or Power BI to create intuitive dashboards for business and academic reporting.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Ops, Academics) to define data needs, generate reports, and offer actionable insights.

- Ability to own data pipelines, build automated reporting frameworks, and work with large datasets with attention to detail.

- Strong understanding of business metrics like lead conversion, user engagement, retention, and performance analysis.

- Comfort with data storytelling - being able to communicate trends, patterns, and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
