About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in gathering business requirements, process improvement, stakeholder management, documentation, and data analysis to support business transformation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, and Business teams to deliver solutions.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Support UAT, project implementation, and stakeholder communication.
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD, UAT, and Process Mapping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Advanced Excel, JIRA, and Power BI/Tableau.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
