Role Summary:
The Sales Account Manager will drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention for UPRIO's learning programs. This is a high-impact field sales role requiring strategic market activation, consultative selling to parents, and ownership of the complete customer lifecycle from awareness to renewal. You'll be the face of UPRIO in your territory, building sustainable growth through relationship-driven sales and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Account Manager, you will own the entire customer lifecycle in your assigned territory, starting with market activation through schools.
- Your day-to-day will involve conducting school visits, organizing on-ground events and workshops, building relationships with parent to establish UPRIO's brand presence.
- You'll enroll students into free trial batches through direct parent engagement, conducting detailed need-analysis conversations to understand each student's learning requirements while demonstrating UPRIO's platform features and pedagogical approach.
- The core of your role centers on converting these free trial users into paid subscriptions through consultative selling, achieving monthly revenue targets while maintaining strong conversion rates.
- Beyond acquisition, you'll own retention metrics by executing regular check-ins, satisfaction surveys, and intervention strategies for at-risk customers, while driving referral programs and conducting quarterly business reviews to ensure long-term customer relationships and sustainable revenue growth.
Key Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Background in EdTech / Education / B2C sales preferred
3. Open to regular field work (schools, events) with own 2-wheeler
4. Minimum ed-tech / B2C Sales / Field sales of 1 year.
