How would we describe the job? As part of the Program team, you will directly contribute towards the design and development of the Career Accelerator Program (CAP). You will be responsible for developing interventions that focus on delivering the final outcome. As part of your day, you will coordinate with several stakeholders & solve multi-dimensional problems. You shall have significant autonomy and freedom of ideation & execution for your scope. Let's break down the role further: What will you do? - You are exceptionally skilled at building processes and breaking down complex problems comes naturally to you - You like to experiment & innovate with new systems, and develop scalable solutions to deliver better program outcomes - You are a fast-learner and are willing to wear multiple hats while working with different business functions - You are keen on leading charters that involve driving the quality of program delivery for the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) - You know how to define and monitor metrics to measure progress of your initiatives - You have a high level of ownership and can identify gaps and opportunities proactively - You have experience in closely working with consumers to and driving outcome metrics for the program What are some skills that will help you in this role? Must-have : - You have great communication, reporting and presentation skills - You have experience in owning projects end-to-end and using data and metrics to measure impact of your projects - You have proven experience dealing with ambiguity and operating independently with a high degree of autonomy Good-to-have: - You have at least 2+ years experience in program or project management or strategy roles - Demonstrated experience working with and presenting to senior executives
