You could be a great fit if : - Have prior experience of 2+ years analyzing user behaviors and other forms of data to generate actionable insights for the business. - Have great hold of data pipelines, sanitation, analysis and reporting. You have a good understanding of user research, database modeling and A/B testing. - Have solid hands-on experience with SQL, Python and Javascript (optional). - Have experience working with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity and testing tools like Optimizely - Are meticulous and autonomous. You'll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every data point, every step of the way. - You love early stage ambiguity, autonomy, uncertainty, and upside. This is the ground-floor.
