Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients, particularly focusing on international markets.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

- This includes substantial hands-on experience in managing and growing relationships with international clients.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate effectively with internal business teams, providing guidance.

Cross-Functional Engagement:

- Work closely with technical teams, including developers and QA teams, and other internal departments throughout the product development and service delivery lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Market Insights:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the IT services domain to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

- 4 to 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the IT domain.

- Excellent communication, and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process.

- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, especially with international clients.

- Ability to manage internal business teams and foster collaborative efforts.

- Experience collaborating effectively with technical teams (developers, QA teams) and other departments during product/service development.

- A strong understanding of the IT services landscape and current industry trends.

- Self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- MBA (Preferred)
